Meeting Monitoring and Transcription Services
In 2002 PKC began providing Meeting Monitoring and Transcription Services to governmental entities for their critical and
mandatory meetings in the Sunshine. From Commission, Council and Board Meetings to Specialty Meetings such as Management and Efficiency, Charter Review Commission and other general Board / Committee meetings this demanded service has blossomed to become one of the most sought after services PKING Consulting staff provides. We have the capability to monitor all types of meetings from on-site personal appearance meetings, to Telephone and Web/video conferences. Our Team of professionals has a combined history of more than 50 years in the industry.
Under the direction of our founder, Phyllis A. King; this division of PKING Consulting has grown from a 2 meeting per month service for a single client to a 29 meeting per month service; to more than 20 federal, state, local and private industry clients who desire / require transcripts of their multi-speaker meetings. Our MM&T Division Team consists of 5 meeting monitors and 4 full-time and 2 part-time Transcriptionists with services being offered in Central Florida beginning in January of 2008.
